An idea which came to mind while playing Pokemon on my DS- several Scare School students on the 'bad' side (while Jet not TOO much) as pokemon!Harpy is a Spearow. (for those of you who don't know, spearow was the type of pokemon that attacked Ash and Pikachu when they first started off in that memorable first episode)
Thatch is a Crobat, a Fully evolved Zubat (since he's a senior student)
Slither is an Ekans (the snake pokemon iconic for being Jessie (of Team Rocket)'s pokemon, which later evolved into an Arbok (a Cobra)
Kitsi, mine and 's Scare School OC, is a Vulpix (I know she has three tails, but a vulpix is the only young'tailed' kistune pokemon I could think off) So when she evolves, she'll be a ninetails- HER DREAM COME TRUE LOL.
and Finally, Jet, the mermaid or fishy girl as calls her, is a winged vaporeon, since it fits her well.
Still thinking of what Moss Head and Dummy girl should be......thier choices are hard. I'm thinking Dummy girl should be a Banette since they are known as 'living puppet/doll' pokemon........but moss head's is harder to think off......
For the Teachers, I've planned Prof Burns shall be a Charizard, Frankengymteacher a Machoke (for his strength) and Heady a Misdreavus in a crystal ball.
The humans- I know Kat is from a different Mediaverse to the gang from Scare School, but she can be the female lead trainer, while Jimmy will be the male lead trainer
and I've already planned what pokemon Wolfie and Casper will be, but still struggling on Ra and Mantha....

You know Simipour, the second evolution of a water element monkey pokemon named Panpour? Simipour has a water thingie as its hair/head and I think Simipour might be a good Pokemon for Mantha since both were blue

Hmmmm, but now you mention it, it DOES make a good poke-form form Mantha (but its a shame in the games you have a higher chance of getting a male elemental monkey pokemon than a female one
