Prince Damian of Pyrahi, the former suitor of the princess Marina Storm of Corazana. Though they had hardly spoken, he quickly became infatuated with her beauty and desired to know her. But the night their engagement was finalized, she disappeared. Refusing to believe she had simply ran away, he became sure she had been kidnapped by the pirate captain Eret Soren. Going to the queen, he swore he'd find Marina and return her home and take her for his bride, though he has yet to understand her distaste for the life she had left.

He genuinely thinks what he is doing is right, although Marina and Eret manage to stay one step ahead of him to stay away. Still, he is determined to find and save her from him, despite how far from the truth that would be.
