these shy guys from "mario and luigi dream team" are comedic enemies. their only reason for existence is to walk chain chomps at which they keeps getting dragged along with their face rubbing against the ground (in the game this causes the walker guy to take damage each time it's dragged along the screen), occasionally, it will tug on the chain for a second and then gets dragged around again. man, bowser should pay these guys more...they have a family ya know!
