Wanted to draw Cteno for a long time now, got the inks done a long while back and finally had the chance to finish her up.
I really enjoy this character so much, her colors are super pretty and I love her design, the big round bottom and the tiny top, just so very interesting!

I wanted to draw her in something cute so I went with tiny string top with cute panties with bows! 'cause bows are just awesome!
