This is forThey asked for an Okeanosai (Okee-noh-sai) Design and I was more then happy to make one for him.
I picked the name Snow Cap (but you are more then welcome to change that) and I figured he'd be good a blizzards and laying snow upon the tree tops and mountain tops. That or a Survival Pegasus who would search the mountain for lost travelers.

Okeanosai Information:
They are a race of cold blooded Pegasus, meaning they live in cold areas and do best in the harsher weather.
Their body build is slightly larger than your normal Pegasus and they have a thick coat to keep them warm.
Females are the larger than the males.
Notable Facts about the Okeanosai are:
Two toned wings. The top of the wins are layered with fur to help keep the wings from going numb in the cold winds.
The wings are larger than normal Pegasus to help fly through harsh weather.
They have a light color belly
All have little goatie beards (yes even the females
Their hooves are really hard and can break things easy
Okeanosai are an open race
