Description
i'm reuploading several old shots - now the folder feature,(in the gallery),
has been introduced, i don't feel so bad about clogging up my section of this site
certain colour adjustments were made - this was a while ago, and the colour balance on my Nikon back then was daylight :/
which i'm not fond of now.

Well I'm 99.9 % sure that it is. If the pic was taken in Europe it is most certainly a Roe.

Oh yeah, it's a Roe Buck. I have a sculpture on my other account that uses Roe Buck antlers: [link]
They are such beautiful animals!

good sculpture!
but yes, they are the british wildlife centre has a whole herd of deer, (most places do),
but they are so beautiful to watch, whether the bucks/stags are fighting (i've forgotten the proper name for it, lol),, or whether they're just relaxing

When they fight they are in 'rut'. Here in America I've seen White Tail, Elk, Mule Deer, and even two Key Deer. A lot of people find deer common, but I'm still amazed by their grace and beauty. I was in London and a place had a Roe Buck that liked to play with a soccer ball with his antlers!
Glad you like the sculpture, it was my first and last. I don't know why, but after that one I lost the touch. I should try again some time I guess

Sometimes my drawing and painting ablities just leave me for weeks at a time. Very, very, very frustrating!
Glad you like the sig! It's from one of my Stargate Fan-fictions.

Ah...modle kits... About all I ever managed with those was injuring myself with an ex-acto knife and super gluing my arm to a drawing table. True story, the table was tilted at 45 degrees and I had unwittingly placed a leaking tube of super glue on it. It dripped down the table while I was away, and when I came back and sat down I leaned against it and bonded my whole forearm to the table. I had to wait for 45mins for help. When my mum found me she almost peed herself laughing so hard.

i put glue in my eyebrow once.
by mistake obviously, waxing isn't really my thing
i didn't realise i had glue on my finger, but luckily it wasn't superglue, and it washed out ok..with..rather hot water :/

i'm planning to get my 7th for christmas, (if i have any leftover money), but i think having new eyebrows is something i won't be experiencing

Sigh...I wish I had more money for tattoos. What do you have? I've got three tigers on my back, koi on my belly, and a dragon on my foot. tattoos are just the greatest.

i'm afraid mine are alot more boring, haha, but i saw this beautiful lion tattoo in my local. but it's £400, but it would cover nearly all of my back @_@
i've got a quote from a friend on my right wrist, a barbed wire, a small rose and a calligraphic "R", on my left arm, another rose on my chest, and my starsign on the very top of my spine.
tough decision next year, the lion or driving lessons

Isn't it sad when we have to chose between ink and life?

RowennaCox In reply to Phoenix-Cry [2007-12-04 03:07:04 +0000 UTC]
to be honest, i'd rather have the ink but i don't think my parents would be too happy. maybe i can somehow have both :/
there's also the image of a ghostly figure pressing against the skin, but i can imagine the shock when somebody see's my back at night :/

I did my tigers in one five hour shot. I was supposed to do the background in another session, but before I could get it done I moved away from the only tattoo artist that I trust. I really don't want another artist working on my back. Sigh...I must get back to him!

everyone makes a dig at my local parlour, (hygiene, etc), but if i get the owner to do my tattoos, (which i do), he's a fantastic artist, and i've yet to find one better
that, and he's great to chat with

Hmmm...well you need to be sure about that hygiene thing! But fantastic artists are the best! My guy just before staring on my back asked "You ready?" when I said yes he slapped my ass and cried "then let's get it on!" I cried I laughed so hard.

This guy is a major character. I took my friend to him and she only had a vauge idea of what she want and when she descripted it he was like "Baby I can slice that cake a thousand ways and every piece is gonna taste sweet!"
I just love him.
