Description
Malphas the badger-magpie demon: a character design commission project for Deo . He’s a chatty old fellow who spins a good yarn, but keep your guard up! I went with the idea that (in bipedal form) his wings take on a more symbolic look, and when he’s a beast they actually work as wings. Each pose can be viewed individually via the tumblr post here.

This guy is utterly fascinating and one of the most epic character designs I've come across lately - LOVE HIM! 
Ha, I think magpie and mustelid go well... I made a magpie-weasel gryphon aaaaaages ago: vannjaren.deviantart.com/art/W… (very old art, please excuse the levels of fail... :'D) I might draw that little dude again some time...
