But in the original, Zagreus is considered Hades and Persephone's child (among others). Thanatos is one of the older generations.
However that might be considered a rumor, at least that's how I found out on wikipedia.
But I do like it, since it's for story purposes

But then again, it does upset the balance of...well, EVERYTHING. I guess Zeus and Poseidon really cared about their big brother. After all, family comes first.
