This is my entry for a Disney Contest, of which I can no longer compete in
awesome! But what ever, I finished my piece anyway, Wondering in Wonderland I choose Alice for my focus. Coming up with a background was hard because I am not the BIGGEST Wonderland fan so D: and backgrounds arent exactly my thing, but I tried.
This was done in CS3, and took, 40 + hours. (mostly due to my mind changing for the background)

this looks really good
her eyes and head are possibly a bit off, but the nice colours and good shading make up for it.
btw..is she holding a tea cup or a mug`?

she's holding a cup of tea. I've changed her eyes and face like 5 times, this was by far the best face for her.

the background came out so beautifully! and I love the texture of the ground under alice! why couldn't you enter it in the contest though? what happened?

Thank you!! Um apparently you had to sign an agreement, which had to be in by the 21st. But they say this in the final submission process, so if you didnt submit in your stuff a few days early, or your physic and knew you had to, a lot of people didnt enter. I know 3 of my friends worked on their piece too and couldnt enter it.

BUT, the good news is that now you have a great piece to add to your portfolio. And if you didn't try to enter the contest, you wouldn't have it. I think you did a great job
