Description
Some rather random cat characters I drew when I was bored in study hall.1. Major. Major is one of the oldest living cats in the world. He’s so old that it’s rumored that he had some major involvement in starting WWII (The exact rumor is that he bit Hitler’s ankle, which made him so mad he took out his frustrations on the rest of the world). Although that’s probably untrue, he did serve some time in the military. Exactly what he did, however, is unclear because all his war stories can be found almost word for word in various books.
2. Saint Maynard. Maynard may be a saint, but he’s no angel. He is supposed to keep track of the souls of pets that have died, but you’re more likely to find him lying in his pillow eating chocolate covered mice. How he got the job is one of the great eternal mysteries because not only is he terrible at it, he hates it.
3. Oblivious Benny- While walking on the beach, Benny has been known to look down and notice he’s swimming in the ocean.
4. Ralphy- Benny’s pal. Ralph has got everything going for him, except for the fact that he lives out of a dumpster, has a trick knee, is partly deaf, has enough fleas to start two circuses, and is missing three of his four canines. Other then that, hey, he’s great.
5. Rose- A dwarf cat who loves to get dressed up in pretty bows and ribbons, bathed, perfumed, brushed, and then going out and beating the stuffing out of anyone foolish enough to take her. And don’t think she can’t do it either. There was a cat that used to munch on broken bottles for fun. Now he can’t eat anything that he can’t suck through a straw.
6. Asbestos- The aforementioned broken bottle-eating cat. He’s still as rough and tough as the rest of them, although it’ll be a while before his jaw is unwired. He’s started seeing Rose on a strictly sparing-partner basis, but he’s hoping it’ll turn into something more.
You wouldn’t think so, but he had a wonderful baritone singing voice.
