1. well, i just stop drawing for like a day and read and watch lots of anime and manga ^^ Or if that doesn't work i sit outside and play with my animals~ usually when i do this the art block is gone the next day. When i have it really bad (like more than 3 days) i force myself to draw something easy and slowly work my way up to more complicated stuff.
2. another tip is to try using different things to draw. Like if your using pencil try switching it up, get a marker or colorful pen.
3. just draw whatever comes to mind. Just let your pen do its thing, dont think to hard about what your drawing. doodle small stuff~
4. Also sometimes listening to music or people talking while you draw helps a lot too. Just don't put on any songs that you know because that will distract you because you start to listen to closely to the music. You want something that you can focus on drawing but you can hear the music in the background. I usually find songs in different languages since i wont know the lyrics or the tune so i can keep focused on my art.
