Oh gosh, this tutorial is so old xD I wouldn't suggest following what I put here and looking at some other hair/eye tutorials, haha.

i wish i can draw aniem and manga. i can draw the head and the body but i cant draw the eyes and hair. T_T even i look on youtube for help. it doesnt work.

Aww, drawing anything takes a lot of time and effort with loads of practice and patience. Don't let yourself get frustrated, just try your best and soon you'll surprise yourself

I can draw... One eye open and one closed~! xD But sometimes, I try drawing them both open... They look horrible... I gotta practice more!!
