STUPID WIND. Kept messing up my wig. D=< Funny thing though. All weekend, people kept yelling at me for making the weather so cold during the convention. HA HA!

Jack Frost from Rise of the Guardians. Let me say, this was a nice change of pace. I've been doing a lot of ridiculously detailed and difficult costumes lately, and this one was relatively simple. There was only 4 things to worry about.
The wig was bought from ebay, cut and styled myself. The sweater was handmade from raw sweater fabric, dyed (3 freaking times), and then covered in a crap ton of glitter. The pants were re-used from my Link costume, cut, taylored closer to my legs, and painted. The Staff was carved from Insulation Foam, covered with paper clay, and then painted with acrylics, and also glitter.
I used a bit of make up, mostly baby powder to make me paler on my face, neck, hands and feet. Next time I'll use more. I also used a nude lipstick and a bit of blue eyeshadow to make my eyes and lips look cold.
This costume took about 2 weeks during my free time.

which hoodie did you use? I'm trying to make one but it's hard to find the right color. I think yours is very close to the one he used in the movie. It's not royal, is it?

I made my own hoodie, but I based it off another hoodie I owned.
Yeah. Royal Navy Blue. I used Rit Dye.

what are the dimensions of the staff because I'm trying to make one of my own ^-^

I've actually not measured it. I'm guessing about 6.5 feet, cuz it stands roughly one head over my head and I'm 5'5''. Really, you just need to make it about foot taller than yourself. For all I know, you could be a 6 foot tall person. The dimensions for my staff might not "fit" you.

I used two rolls. And by rolls, I mean those large 4x5 rolls you can get from Joanns or other craft stores. >.> But I didn't completely use the second one.
