Welcome to the world 2027 Superboy and Supergirl. I see Damian is back to his normal self after the Heretic. So is Laura Kent a character from the comics and why does Hooty speak?

Laura/Lara is a character from at least three elseworld comics and also from the Injustice series.
Hooty is a robot and can speak. Doesn't have much of a personality though, so it just talks in very monotone, matter-of-fact phrases. It's not as personable as Skeets.

Not sure. I've noticed that Frank Miller has three types of women, though... He's got the little girl that needs protecting, the sexy nymphomaniac, and the man-hating woman that Frank seems to think just needs a good lay to solve all her anger problems. I'm not familiar with his work on Daredevil to be honest. Never actually read his run on Daredevil.
