Wow the relative of suspected members of the E27 JSA, that woman has some good genes. Questions was the less than honorable Judge Hady suppose to say "We should we have a recess?" or is that just a grammar error, why is her married name Spencer if her husband's name is Robinson, is the person Bullock found Chase's wife, what's a grandsenator, and who's Yuri Kozlov?

The prosecutors just asked for a recess just before Hady's line. It's a bit clunky and there are clearer ways of saying the same thing, but Hady's not the most eloquent speaker.
I honestly can't tell you why her name is Spencer in the comics, which is why if you look closely, I changed her husband's last name to Spencer, not Robinson.
Bullock just found their witness. Not Chase's wife... in fact, E27's Chase doesn't have a wife.
Yuri Kozlov is a character from Zodiac Pack that I'm using as a filler character as I don't have a defense attorney character that fits the bill I needed for this scene... yet.
