I'll be honest the time travel kinda works. He's a showboater who wants glory but through tragedy ultimately becomes a real hero. Plus we got 52, EASILY one of the best DC stories EVER with booster as a time traveller

Do you have specific plans for more NeOlympus stuff? Not that I'm trying to rush you, I'm just wondering if you have a specific period within coming months focusing on some NeOlympus

We're $25 away from our next NeOlympus release, I think.

He's been married twice?
I'm guessing Ted's mother was the one to block Michael's letters.
I can't believe E-27 Booster's idea to make money was even dumber than his plan in canon.
Can't wait to see Mercy.
Tate, Tate, Tate. The name doesn't ring a bell.

Yes... in Earth-27. Both were Vegas marriages.
He was younger here when he made his dumb idea... thus the reason it's even dumber.
Don't know if you're being serious about Tate or not...

Yeah... I do have one of her alternate aliases as "Miriam Head" but yeah... Talia Head is not much of an alias.

"Talia Head?".... Uh.... Wow.... *phew*... Β Sounds... sounds like a character from James Bond... uh, who thought of that name anyway?

One from the comics. I think it's because Ra's means "head"

I can't help it! ... Seriously sounds like an old time James Bond character name, and no not the books but in the movies.

I know
Octopussy, Plenty O'Toole, Kissy Suzuki, Honey Rider, Pussy Galore, Xenia Onatopp, Holly Goodhead, Talia Head
All work nicely.
Of course Talia was sort of created to be a Bond girl for Batman so it works in that regard.

Truly we will never grow up.
Yeah I got that idea, Batman has a lot of them anyway.

nightcrawlerfan19 In reply to Roysovitch [2017-01-14 22:20:17 +0000 UTC]
Talia Head seemed more of a name to make sure casual newspaper readers in the DCU wouldn't instantly recognize her as the daughter of Ra's, not an actual deterrent to any truly knowledgable members of the supervillainous, superheroic, or espionage communities. It always seemed like a very cheeky decision on her part.

No time travel, eh? Why's that your number one rule?Β
π: 0 β©: 1
Roysovitch In reply to Spider-Bat700 [2017-01-13 21:43:49 +0000 UTC]
That and no parallel Earths.
Because they are crutches for bad writing, continuity nightmares, adds needless confusion, and the source for endless retcons and reboots.
I don't hate it, when used effectively... mind you.
π: 2 β©: 1
Spider-Bat700 In reply to Roysovitch [2017-01-13 22:50:36 +0000 UTC]
Well, obviously there wouldn't be parallel earths in this context, because your DCU is "just" Earth 27. Only one Earth in the New 52 multiverse. It's not like there'd be a "Earth 27 A" and "Earth 27 B".Β
I don't know, I've seen some good time travel stories myself, and I'm a right proper sucker for alternate reality stories, of which I've seen several good ones for Marvel and DC (Superman: Red Son, Gods and Monsters, Age of Apocalypse, Days of Future Past, House of M, and JLA: The Nail to name a few).
And, retcons aren't necessarily a bad thing. Sometimes, if a bad decision is made, a retcon is desirable. And, DC would never have improved without it's reboots/retcons. The Pre-Crisis era was of a lesser writing quality to the subsequent continuities, so to a certain extent the big "Crisis on Infinite Earths" reboot NEEDED to happen. Otherwise, we'd still be saddled with all the rubbish from the Pre-Crisis era.

You see multiple marriages and divorces more in Hollywood, or in soap operas than with regular people

Of course, they are celebrities, it is nothing unusual for them.
Bullock is an ordinary guy.

AzureVirgo In reply to ScarletCatnip [2017-01-13 18:34:50 +0000 UTC]
True. I'm assuming in Bullock's case, one maybe a dead spouse, one or two marriage for convenience, and one maybe job related for like a cover
