Interesting. I knew him during his time with the defense department. He had some...interesting theories on religion, psychological trauma, and biochemical ethics.

Yes, his experiments and methods can be a bit unorthodox. Many of his patients insist he's the devil himself. Either way, he does get results.

Yes, that was what the Defense Department said as well. Interesting how he ended up in Gotham. In his government days, he actually ran a few experiments with your Batman.
