Tatsuo is just a name and not a separate character minion in this universe. Also surprised that Tang Shen, Yoshi's wife, was not the Shredder's prime motivation as he had been before. Oh well.

Yeah, once I read his first profile I'm reminded of the anime Naruto, specifically two characters that could be similar to Yoshi and Saki's situation

Comparisons aside, I wonder if the League-trained members of Team Arrow or Oliver himself knows the story of Hamato Yoshi and Oroku Saki? Even bits and pieces of it perhaps? One thing's for sure, with what looks to be the arrival of the Foot Clan to establish a lasting presence in Star City, Team Arrow is going to need to forge an alliance and unite with Splinter, the Turtles and their affiliated heroes, since it looks like everything's going to go straight to the next level and fast.Β
