I've always seen him as nearly omnipotent, not omniscient. He can use his powers to inform himself but I don't think he just is always aware of everything...

I had no idea Xanadu was blind. Also when this began I thought the person trying to break into E27 was Anti-Monitor. So Ambush Bug and Bat-Mite are the biggest threat to E27?

As Xanadu explains, Bug is actually saving E27's reality by absorbing all that 'disbelief' into his brain.
And even though he is made of disbelief, Bat-Mite might be harmless enough... but he may not be the only being from the fifth dimension that pushes its way into E27!
