Excellent work! I miss the days when I could pick up a comic (any will do) and read it, enjoy it, and put it down without feeling the need to go look for all of the other comics to figure out what the hell is going on ... just like this sentence.

Thanks, Loonia. I miss that aspect as well. It was nice when the storylines were a lot more accessible to new readers. I think the storylines were a bit more light-hearted, too, though I think the shift towards photo-realism has contributed to that as well. Comics in general just seem a lot more serious and complicated these days.

I hope to, when I start mine, that you can do that ... just pick up one, read it and enjoy it. A friend suggested to do like some manga stories do ... like Battle Angel ... and that is give a character and scene update before allowing the story to start. One Piece does that too.
