It's Anja from a game called Indivisible. It's an RPG that came out more recently following a Anja trying to stop the world from being reset from the world's goddess.

She's actually the goddess, (but not really)

It plays similar to Valkyrie Profile, another RPG from the 90s PS1 era. Overall a decent RPG, though I would say I prefer Valkyrie Profile. In this scenario, Anja having awakened to her true identity has now found that life was created in her belly, culminating in a big pregnancy.
