I always love retro. Even if it takes a modern remake to bring it about!
At any rate, excellent work. Dancers seem to make everything better in art, since they demand at least some degree of unique posing.

Yup! I didn't think I'd have the patience to sit through the NES version of the game myself (interface looked clunky as all heck) or the budget for the DS version, so I read the LP and it was pretty rewarding! It's humorous but I kind of like how LPs add to the voice of the characters even after they've stopped talking in the game. DQ seemed to suffer a fair bit from "Welcome to the party, NOW YOU HAVE NOTHING ELSE TO SAY."
Alena is pretty cute, although I think the same is true of the female Hero. I really like the fanart of all the characters in some of Hyadain's videos; [link]
There's a neat LP of DQV in progress right now in a simillar vein.

I saw that, and I kinda lapsed into paying much attention to it. A shame, since I do like the main idea behind that game.
Still, old-school LPs are my favorite thing to follow so it's always nice to see things being covered, this many years into the phenomenon.
