You can play the game here.4/8/2019 Coin Defender 0.9.2: You now start with both Reimu and Marisa as playable characters. Adjusted character models. Optimized shaders(faster/smoother frame rate). Combos are slightly easier to maintain. Defeating enemies now heals you slightly. Changes to audio volume. Various gameplay changes & tweaks.
Chrome & Opera browsers currently run it the best(Chrome seems to have the best performance currently), Firefox can run it decently though.
If you use the Opera browser, you'll need to disable mouse gestures(the setting can be found via Menu->Settings->Browser), leaving the setting enabled can cause Opera to crash if you activate a mouse gesture(which can happen on accident quite easily).

───Goal───
Get as far as you can without running out of coins or lives.(You'll get a game over if either occurs.)
Taking damage, dying, or letting enemies swarm your donation box will cause your coins to drop, so be careful.
This is an experiment with WebGL(basically 3D graphics in web pages) as well as voxels(all the graphics are made from voxels, except the interface).
You can unlock more characters by spending gems in the shop(found on title screen), gems are obtained by successfully protecting your coins(the current wave you're on, and total coins, affects the amount earned per wave).
The OST can be found here. (currently missing the new version 0.9 songs)
0.9.2:

You now have infinite lives.
Enemies no longer despawn when the timer finishes(defeating a boss will clear out the enemies, however), you now must defeat the enemies to keep from being overwhelmed.
Defeating the majority of the enemies will start the next wave early, this also gives you a special coin bonus each time you do it.
Combos now extend the timer.
Changes to many character abilities.
Bosses now try to dodge your attacks.
Re-ordered the music, and added 2 new songs.
There are fewer waves in-between boss encounters(was 7, now it's 5).
various graphical changes and improvements.
Added difficulty levels.
Many various other tweaks.
0.8c: A browser update broke the game, now it's fixed.
0.8b:
Disabled texture archive(A google chrome-only feature that no longer works, it was used to speed up load times).
Misc backend updates(the Bridge.NET framework in particular).

Added experimental battle mode(Press O in-game to activate.there's no goal to the battle, it's mostly a networking test).
Added 1 new playable character.
Game loads more responsively. (adds loading text, and the loading screen appears quicker.)

Added FPS counter(press F to toggle).

fixed bug, preventing high-value coins from spawning.
added more playable characters(unlocked with from a shop using gems obtained by keeping your coin count high).

Reduced the difficulty curve somewhat.
Bosses occur more frequently.
added combo system(defeat enemies quickly to increase coin drop values).
added a new boss.
0.5:
Added platforms. Added new enemies. Added air dash. Added HP orbs. More difficulty tweaks. Various other tweaks including performance. Bugfixes.

Changed game's name to "Coin Defender".
Added Reimu's secondary attack(use with right click).

This game is the most stable in Chrome & Firefox. if you just want a WebGL compatibility list you can check here.

If your Chrome doesn't auto update it may be lacking some features, click the ⋮ button ->Help->About, and make sure it says it's up to date. If your graphics driver isn't extremely out of date, then your graphics card just might not be supported.

By the way, your performance tweaks seem to be making it run worse (at least on my computer.) There's random money raining from the sky, the lag gets unbearable past Koishi...
Could you consider perhaps adding a 'start at wave x' option?

The performance adjustments from version 0.5 to 0.6, seem to be a significant overall improvement.
It may have just been random background processes interfering.(windows update/antivirus/services/etc)
I have been considering adding such an option, it will likely be in the next update.

Oh, and what's the cause of the random cash falling from the sky? Is it Sanae's alt attack, or a sufficiently large combo?

When an enemy drops a coin the coin inherits some of the momentum, you might just be seeing coins falling back down after being spawned from a high knockback attack(which Sanae's alt attack does).

No, the coins fall straight down. Sanae's alt only shoves them off to the side in cardinal direction, while these fall in about a perfect circle about half a screen's worth from the donation box.

I think I know what might be going on, since Sanae's alt release multiple large projectiles each dealing a fair bit of damage, she might be killing the same enemy multiple times within a single frame(thus spawning a coin where the enemy would've next spawned, which is always up in the air). I'll have to add a check to prevent killing already dead enemies.

How do I save edit? I know Minervia works on Reimu Bros. and can be used to set the high score for the Cirno game, but not for this.

The game probably needs a bunch of difficulty tweaks, I've put out an update that does just that, hopefully it's a bit better now.
