Description
this time i made a custom inverted darkness object,darkens everything BUT the circle (it is a VERY simple prop literally just a gradient, but it could be used to great effect)
in this image i also:used the custom character shading prop ,
as well as a snapshot layer that's mostly transparent with a slight blur effect.
the prop is 20 times larger than the circle to make covering the whole scene simple
there are 2 sizes, a massive one in case someone needs some sort of subtle lighting effect or the small one was too small, and a more convenient smaller one with not quite as much black space.

Edit:Added a much smaller version which will still work in most situations
