Chen must need some serious scratching posts!Making fluff come out of the glass made me laugh for some reason :3
I always wanted to make one of these.

Is there a tutorial for putting gifs into a non-gif comic? Like have one panel be a gif while the rest of it is a normal comic?

It's the same process as a gif comic , you just only use 1 image for the static non-animated panels. That's how I did the Kokoro's Mask comic .

Well I mean I see that you put in compiled frames but that doesn’t really answer my question. When I usually put in frames it’s just a normal comic, and when I open up the layouter’s wizard to make a gif I can’t put it in the comic. I might be making this harder than it is

You can use the regular gif export to do it as well, but i was referring to the "Create animated comic" feature under "Extras" in comiclayouter suite. which lets you select a root folder containing panel folders, the panel folders hold the frames of animation for each panel, what i'm saying is, that in these panel folders you only put 1 image by itself in the non-animated panels.
If that doesn't make sense you can just download the zip file in this deviation and try seeing how the folder is setup for using the "Create animated comic" feature.

They are little...pillars, that have rope tied around them.
the rope i guess, feels good for cats to scratch/sharpen their claws on.
the point of them is that your cat can scratch, without your furniture being ripped up...as much XD

its a neat little effect all right.
if you have windows you can use my comiclayouter program( rsgmaker.deviantart.com/journa… )
and load the 2 comics and click file->"save as gif"
