This is absolutely stunning. you have used the medium extraordinarily well to create a fantastic comic scene. Hats off to you. Certainly one of the best Venom-Spidey scenes I've seen in a long time. The colours are just perfect! I can just imagine a giant moon out-of-view providing the lighting. Venom looks at his menacing best and Spidey's mask has a great expression. Nice use of artistic license.
if I could just geek out a bit! I think Venom doesn't trigger the Spider-sense. I am open to correction, of course.

Well, I'm speechless to all your compliments!
I've been searching for a long time a picture that could show this threatening moment of venom attacking Spider man, but I could not get success. So I decide to do it by my own. I did some sketchs and we came to this. I got satisfied with the result and glad to see people coming and commenting this painting.
You mentioned the moon... I chose a night atmosphere because I thought that it could give a better idea that Spidey would be in danger.
About the spider sense, I did some research in the web. In the first appearence of venom in comics, he really didn't trigger it. But the final conclusion I got after reading all the info I found is that it's not clear.
Anyway, I think it's a nice title for the work.

I thought the same... but I found some info that it's not 100% proved.
Fortunately I didn't "paint" the spider sense. I was afraid those "rays" would not fit well.
