Megan : "I couldn't thank JessiBowen enough for the week of shadowing she provided after I graciously accepted the offer of HR Representative . She went through all the intricacies and nuances that specifically catered to TWF. They definitely ran a tight ship here, and only let those who aligned with their objectives into the mix. jerlikins was also quite understanding as he knew that I needed the time to train and patiently held on to the application of a certain wrestler. A wrestler whom he wanted me specifically to review her credentials and see if she was a good fit.

Hmm, Romana Borets . Reviewing her application, her credentials already seemed pretty remarkable:

- An established underground fighter from Russia.
- She seemed pretty open about her intentions. She loved TWF's liberal ruleset which allowed her to fight the way she pleased.
- Her endurance was legendary, something about not even perspiring even during long bouts.
- Going through her references, I was pleasantly surprised to see that Shanna1600 's name was already there. Someone who I could easily confide in.

She seemed like a home run, and upon reviewing her match with Aiko, it further confirmed my assumptions about her abilities. She was strong as hell, she was technical, she was brutal, she was sadistic. She had a wicked Boston Crab... it's no wonder Shanna1600 fell in love with her! And last but not least, she was exquisitely attractive! Jerle shared the modeling photos she did before taking on her match, and she definitely looked the part.

I didn't want to get ahead of myself though. I had to be professional. These were big shoes to fill, and I took it as seriously as any other venture. So when she came in for the interview, we had a pleasant, but formal conversation on why she picked TWF, where she came from, what her motives were, and what she could bring to the table. Some of this was rhetorical in nature, but she seemed very laid back, pleasant and willing to answer these questions. A fine candidate indeed.

The next step was to speak with Jerle to come to a final decision. I thanked the lovely Russian girl for her time and told her we would be in touch soon."
