The winning choice of my first "Heads or Tails" commission... drawn and coloured by J8d , who is an amazing artist as always.
Rachael has devised a rather ingenious way of tickling Jiao-Lan's sensitive, sun-kissed soles...There's probably a ladder somewhere nearby, or perhaps Rachael just clambered up the side of that X frame with her hands and feet, while Jiao-Lan was already strapped to it. Don't worry, it's a very sturdy, reinforced structure, and Rachael has an impeccable sense of balance and excellent ability to grip (or tickle) with her toes.
Lancer Rachael, Senior Cadet Jiao-Lan, the Ocean Lolis, etc; and all their bases are belong to me.
Please always ask before borrowing. I don't bite, much. Unless you want me to.

Oh no, Rachael won't have Jiao-Lan stay upside-down for too long; as you say, all the blood rushing to her head for that long could have serious after-effects. But a few minutes of tickling in this position every now and then should be just fine.

Perhaps Rachael should take breaks to rub sunscreen on poor Jiao-Lan's feet so that they don't get sunburned. Plus that might feel good to the poor lass.

A good idea - she'd have to let her down off that cross periodically, to avoid giving poor Jiao-Lan a permanent headrush, and could slather some sunscreen on her tickly tingly soles then.
Not too much though, or she might make Jiao's soles too slippery to stand on! xD

Rachael is definitely enjoying getting to try out her new tickling technique on her friend and subordinate. She loves putting her nimble feet to any kind of use - running, jumping, climbing, tickling...and yes, nobody has a better sense of balance than Rachael! I knew you'd appreciate this one, with Rachael standing on top of Jiao-Lan in this somewhat unusual arrangement!
And in case you're curious, Jiao-Lan's skirt was taped to the outside of her thighs before she was strapped upside-down to the X, for her own modesty.

I don't think she has (being an Ocean Loli, not a Land Loli), but there's no reason why she couldn't at some point.

Then again, Backen wouldn't want to play favorites. Perhaps he can have a staff comprised of one loli from each of the Loli Corps? Land, Ocean, Air, and Space Lolis working...and walking...together! They would certainly help Backen relieve some of the stress he goes through on a daily basis.

Ahhh sorry, only senior officers get to have staff from all the Loli (and/or Shota) Corps - you only get to have Land Lolis under you. Or over you, whichever you prefer. Which is still every bit as fun as it sounds! ^_^
That's not to say that one or two Lolis from the other Corps couldn't drop by for a visit and have some fun with you while they're there, though...

As for the personnel on my staff (you know what I mean), I do feel a bit possessive of Olivia (I did get to name her). Plus, her hypnotic abilities might come in handy. Charlie would be a welcome addition, as I'm cool with having a shota jumping in to help out every once in a while. Louisa is handy with a feather.

With regards to the lolis on your staff (in both senses, heheh), I completely understand you wanting to have Olivia under you (again, heh); hypnotic powers are quite fun and useful, if only she wasn't so easily, um...distracted. xD Charlie would probably be able to help you wrestle control over the cute lolis, and little Louisa...ah, so manipulative, so cute, so tickly!

As I wrote in my first post: I love the dominant pose, and the combing of footsie with ticklish agony and domination. Now in this finished version I also enjoy the exposed tempting bellies and Jiao-Lan's expression of ticklish agony.

Yes you're right, I was meaning the family-friendly magical skirt, as opposed to its opposite, the hentai magical skirt. Both made by the same factories, but have pretty much polar opposite functions. xD
I originally did envision this as a low-angle view of Jiao-Lan with Rachael, in perspective, standing on top of her feet, which would've been perfect for an upskirt view of Rachael. Might've been quite a bit harder to do though. xD

Thanks. Footsie tickling can be a pretty cute variation of the classic tickle torture, that seems to be rather underused.
And Rachael is known for her nimble toes, so it was the perfect combination.
