It's always bad if there isn't some kind of good documentation!
But Steam Skinning is kinda limited, isn't it? Since you can change the Icons and stuff, but not really the position, right? Or could you add new Buttons aswell?

I'm really good with photoshop/gimp and I want to know how do you make these skins. Please don't tell me that you use ilovesteam Dx, and plus I can help you with the buttons.

No, I certainly don't use ilovesteam. I hand code everything in Notepad and make all the images in Photoshop. I am very proficient with Photoshop, but I just don't have the artistic abilities, patience, or ideas for making icons.

I will attempt to make a couple of different styles that fit your theme and you pick which ones you like the best, and I'll make the rest of them after you have made your decision.
