Say hello to Fluttershy(download image for full details!)
She is the second Plushie which is sewn by me. I think thats a great result for kinda not knowing how to sew.
It really took a looong to to get her completed. I worked every evening from mid April to end of May, also 2 Weekends completly.
about the plushie
Fluttershy is around 90cm (35,5 inch) tall, has a length of 140cm (55inch) (with tail)
Her weight is around 10kg (22lbs)
Other materials (non visible) I used are simple cotton fabric, jeans fabric, plastic pallets and different dense fillings
There is a zipper in her neck which made filling easy
The pattern is made by me and will be on Etsy soon. Stay tuned, watch me to get the news when it's online

Well here is once more a unique type of critique because well to be honest I can't break this in to the four categories for a proper critique so you'll have to settle with this one.
First of thou Fluttershy is not one of my top favorite ponies she still beats spike and well it is always great to see when someone goes to the lengths to make their own plushy. I have struggled to find a good plushy of my favorite pony, Twilight, but the detail and time put in this would make it worth a small fortune.
I can see now why the creator posted that it's not for sale and that they're not doing any commission jobs for something like it. They focused on detail and design making it fit into the world as if it really belongs.
It was also a great design idea to place her outside for the photos. It puts her right into her element. Part of me wishes that they would take requests but I'm not sure if I'd want to wait that long to get it.
Great job and I can't wait to see what else this creator has to offer.

Ehrlich gesagt, ich hätte nicht gedacht, dass es so lange dauert, ein Pony zu nähen, du bekommst meinen Fav schon alleine für den Zeitaufwand, den du hattest.
Das Ergebnis ist gelungen. Ich mag vor allem die Nähte in den Haaren. Die sind wohl nötig (vermute ich), ergeben aber auch die Detail-Streifen, die Fluttershys Mähne hat.

Ich glaube, dass ich einfach nur langsam arbeite um nichts falsch zu machen. Zwischendurch gabs immer mal Stellen wo ich nochmaldie Nähte aufgetrennt habe weil sich die Stoffteile trotz Stecknadelinvasion verschoben haben. Die Nähte in den Haaren sind quasi die Streifen, ja. Allerdings habe ich auch viele Ziernähte mit dunklerem pinken Garn gestickt (Zick-Zack kann ja jede Nähmaschine), sonst würde man die Nähte bei der Größe fast nicht sehen.
Ganz zufrieden bin ich mit der Mähne allerdings nicht, das die etwas klein wirkt. Aaaber ich mache keine weitere, die hat unglaublich viel Zeit gekostet.

Wenn du selbst nicht zufrieden warst, ist es völlig in Ordnung, auch manche Teile doppelt (oder mehrfach) zu bearbeiten, bis es dir gefällt. Das war auch bei meiner Version von "Monopony" nötig. Wenn das Ergebnis dann stimmt, ist der Zeitaufwand hinterher relativ egal.
