Really there aren't any crossover episode with these characters, Mad Jack is from the episode 8 of Samurai Jack (Jack versus Mad Jack), The Power Punk Girls are from the DC comic powerpuff girls #50 (Deja View!) and the Dexter and Deedee rude clones are from the "banned" episode Rude Removal from Dexter Labs.
But there is a IDW comic crossover with the PPG, Dexter, Jack, Ben 10 and Ed, Edd & Eddy called Super Secret Crisis War.

I saw that episode, that was hilarious, especially when rude Dexter said "Where the **** are we?!"

I just saw that today and after watching it I laughed and wondered why they never showed this before, I mean spongebob got away with doing an epiosde like this.

maybe it's because in SpongeBob they said bad words without knowing they meant and without malice, the kind of episode that tries to teach kids that cursing is bad, while in Dexterlab they deliberately cursed, they were rude, they answering back, they mistreated their own mother, they use firearms, they made obscene signs among other things, maybe that's why CN considered it inappropriate

The PowerPunk Girls come from a comic from the PPG called "Deja View" and the evil version from Jack come from one episode of the series when Aku create him
