Whoa, it's the purple sword guy from Crystalis. And Phantasy Star 2 style. Amazing. (He is shield-less here because I got lazy.)This is apparently not how he looks, but this is how I think he looks, because he's purple and he reminds me of Rolf from Phantasy Star 2.
Phantasy Star 2 came out a whole year in Japan before Crystalis did and the sprites look similar and it has that whole cheesy sci-fi fantasy thing going on.

Man, looking at this makes me wish my NES cartridge still worked. It bit the dust about a year ago. D: Oh well, THAT'S WHAT ROMS ARE FOR.
...What GBC game there was no GBC game. That version doesn't exist. That's a terrifying hallucination caused by the fumes from the game designer's office. The cartridge sitting on my bookshelf, mocking me with its shoddy presence is blatant lie because otherwise my shriveled excuse for a heart will finally keel over ded. [/crazy]
