I like the design of her beautiful green dress as well as her gorgeous hair. The colouring came out really good.

Thank you! A store that probably will only let three customers in at a time and will judge whether or not they should sell you clothes based on the clothes you are currently wearing.

in what way? like only if i'm enough well dressed they'll treat me as a reliable customer for such an "haute-couture" classy store? or just the opposite? they'll only sell me something if they see me as a poorly looking beggar(this way your store would be a kind of charitable organization)

It's not really my store, just a store that probably would go for the first policy . However, those "charitable organizations" do exist in TV shows like What Not to Wear.
