I drew this months ago back when the Malcolm Tucker gag wasn't QUITE dead and buried (it was breathing its last, though), and well before I had the whole concept knocked out of my head by watching Peter Capaldi be absolutely darling to a tiny fan in London.
But the art is kinda cute and I didn't wanna waste it and people wanted to see it, so I just fixed 12's outfit to reflect the actual episode and coloured the whole thing.
So yeah sorry for riding this meme into the ground, but at least it's out of the 'unfinished' section of my art folder now.

Oh, good. ^_^ It makes me feel bad because I love his other stuff too and I'm definitely one of the ones going 'Don't judge him by one role even if it's an awesome role' and yet I couldn't help myself with this.
