Drew this a while ago, I finally colored it to my satisfaction. This is Hisoka from Yami no Matsuei. It started out as a study of the curse marks on his back that I could work out from the manga sources.Shoot, shoot, I forgot who's DA photo I manipulated the sakura from. (I'm sorry! I'll edit this later when I do.)

I don't think the curse _says_ something (unless Kazutaka-I-Am-Evil-Muraki put his name in it...) as much as it _means_ something... (Think of it as more of a picture than a lyric. ^.^

I agree, as much as I like Muraki as the villain, what he did to Hisoka was so awful. ;.; Here I tried to show some beauty in pain. Thanks for the comments!

Yeah, the curse marks on Hisoka were always kind of pretty in a scary way to me. o.o It's a prominent feature of him. And it would make an interesting tattoo, under ordinary circumstances at least.... I've always wanted to see Hisoka cosplayers draw the marks on themselves.
