My Guesses on what some of the "secrets" are:
1. First of all, funtime freddy isn't in control. His eye is only purple and yellow, but no blue, suggesting that ballora and funtime foxy have taken over.
2. His left eye is lit up and glowing in a sinister matter, similar to a photo of scrap baby and him. He is holding a knife and has blood on him in that photo. Probably suggesting that he is in kill mode right now
3. His left eye has also been scratched. Probably suggesting that he got attacked by someone, guessing it was either Security Puppet or Scrap baby.
Those are my guesses. There isn't much you can get off of this picture though, so I tried my best.

His eye is cut/opened like Ennards in blu’s comics, the different colors in his eyes are the different colors of everyone’s all mixed in one idk I’m sorry
