Oh,it's simple!^^
You just choose the part by clicking ctrl and left click.When you choose it you can just drag it elsewhere with those arrows that appear in the area of the chosen body part;
Unfortunately,I don't know how to delete those so I just drag them away for the map so I can't see them anymore ;w;
