And here's this gal 's love interest! I had a lot of fun designing him, and he wins the award for first ship I made where the male is off the charts in height in a possibly bad way. Seriously, my average height and weight chart...shortest male was 5'1"! Throw him into a modern world (Crystal Bearers?) and he'll rock a shirt that says "I'm not short, I'm fun size." xD

Hair is short, gray, and messy/multiple tufted, eyes are teal. Lightly tanned skin. He's somewhat small, with an adult size of 5'0" and 133 pounds. Typical outfit consists of a fur shouldered vest over no shirt, shorts, small boots, and his lucky shark tooth necklace. Carries a waist pack attached to a belt.

Personality:
More open minded and compassionate than his parents. While his parents tend to shun the poor and unfortunate, he tends to want to help them. The best example is the hermit with mental issues who used to live in Lynari Desert, Lon Rik stuck a piece of crystal near the hermit's home rock because he pitied him, but his parents just wanted the miasma to hurry up. Can be reckless, especially when he has an audience.

History:
Born to a Leuda merchant couple. He's the only child, but not their first. Their first was born with a weak heart and the midwife told them "Enjoy him while you can, he's got less than a day." Their second was miscarried at barely a month along: a tiny, thumb sized little thing. Lon Rik's mother swears the miscarriage was female due to motherly instincts, while his father isn't so sure, but just goes with it.

Most of the villagers thought this couple would give up. They actually did, but that sunset on the beach was such a romantic atmosphere that the wife ended up pregnant again. It was a faint glimmer of hope, they prepared for the worst and hoped for the best. And this time, the midwife told them "He'll be fine! Just feed the poor thing, he's starving!" He was, and still is, small and scrawny. They named him after the leader of the legendary survivors of Conall Curach and are convinced that the location of a conception DOES matter. The two that didn't make it were conceived in the bedroom, so there must be something about the salty beach air...

Caravanners come and go, and he's honestly peeved at how most of the Leudans will pickpocket any non selkie that comes through town. He hopes his parents aren't among the pickpocketers but wouldn't put it past them. His father tries to teach him business all the time but it's boring, he'd rather be out looking for treasure in Lynari Desert. He knows the desert like the back of his hand, which makes him the perfect tour guide for one certain caravanner.
