This is a re-draw that I've been itching to complete because I've re-watched 'Rango' a few times over my period of young adulthood. I've grown to enjoy this movie more and more beyond my initial love for it seeing for the first time in my adolescence (to the point that my younger brother was excited to see what I came up with artistically since he loves this film too!). For multiple reasons I could go into, I still see this animated film as underrated despite its critical acclaim!

I decided to expand further with the details of Rango and Rattlesnake Jake's character design as a result of having a extra day off from work due to poor weather. In the end, I think my experimentation was worth it and something that has perked up a bit from persisting feelings of drabness lately.
