Hey gang, been a while since I've drawn and been a good while since I've drawn Mira since I've been focusing on Alice for a while now, I figured I'd go back to my old girl. I am EXTREMELY pleased with this for several reasons. 1 ) I didn't fight with my paper, I have come to understand this new tablet. It is no longer gritty, it is out of my head. 2 ) The pose took only one good try to get down SOLID. 3 ) The details in general turned out perfect. I made only minimal mistakes and all were fixable.

Next, look at that. You see that, that's a butt. When is the last time I drew a butt from that angle? 2011? I think...I'm not going to go look through my gallery and find the real answer. So here we have Mira in her canon, second costume, sporting her Asiatic saber in her right hand and her Byzantine saber in her left. Though I am done with her for now, I am planning on adding some more to her. I want the opinion of you guys before I do so. I was considering adding a long stream of red ink from her sabers, you know, a big trail of blood, to add some color and artistic bullshit to it. I also kinda want to add sweat and dirt to her to show that she is actually in the midst of a fight. What do you guys think? Would that spoil her? Please let me know. Thank you.

*EDIT* I added some pencil blood and some leafs just to make the drawing seem less empty and more elaborate. I didn't put any leafs over Mira because she was already finished and it would have broken up the lines terribly. You can see what I mean with the blood on her right saber, you can see my previous lines in it a bit but hey, I know I couldn't do anything about it so I just did my best to cover it up.
