Wow. I really love the details on the side characters in the bottom panel.
Even the lead character has more character in his face than in the top panel. He seems a little flat in the top, especially with all the SFX behind him, maybe some large shadow areas would help him stand out.
Just one little suggestion, and I don't mean to be critical, but take the girl's figure in the top panel, lay some tracing paper over it and redraw her in the nude and see how the figure looks. It might be me but I think you'll discover something.

More awesome pages Rudy, your finished pencils always blow me away. Especially since all I am doing right now is blue lining pages since I have to ink my own work. It definitely couldn't hold a candle up to this.

It's all in the eye of the beholder and all that, but I';m just happy your eye like what I do. I really gotta get into that Blueline work. It's something I haven't tried.
