Hey Guys and Gals!I apologize for not uploading for a while but here's 3 more pages from the series. I went and did a little bit of a different approach in making these other than my usual way (pages 1-6).
They're a little more graphical and the lines are harder. Don't know if that made the process of making them faster but it felt like it did. Hopefully it still keeps the vibe of the other previous 6 pages. Tell me what you think! If it's good, I might stick with doing this process so I can easily dish out more of the comic in a decent amount of time.Β

You totally can! If you can draw decently that is. Hmm... I might make a tutorial-esque post at some point to show some of my processes for those who like to see that stuff and see how I paint.

Their faces in the last two panels is their entire relationship in a nutshell.

If it's quicker, go for it. Their facial expressions come across very well in both versionsΒ and that's the main thing.

Nah, the facial expressions won't be affected no matter how I draw them. Just the overall feel of the comic. But it's good to know though

Well it's hard to say yet what'll be better, since I can't tell yet what kind of story this aspires to be.
The new look is certainly clearer, crisper, more defined, which I like as an artstyle, but hell, on the other hand look at Zistopia.
It's perfect, as long as the expressions and body language are conveying what they need, cause it's character-focused.
And I hope this will be as well, cause that's what draws me to Zootopia.
So in the end I'll tell you the wisdom I have gained after reading over a thousand webcomics: speed. is. key. There is no upper limit, as long as it conveys what it needs to and you can write and plot ahead.

Loving the simplicity and gentle pace of this comic. It works to its advantage. I also love the monochrome style of it, it makes it easy on the eyes.

Good story and character dynamics. Gives depths to the story. I like the way you have colored, you make the character pop out and not merge with the background.

Hard lines are unforgiving. Every little jolt of the hand orΒ proportion that is slightly off is clearly visible. But you're doing a pretty good job at it.
