Actually had this done some time ago, but I put off finishing it because I cropped out the sketches of the deino line for the design check and accidentally saved over it... ;u;Approved here~
Bel evolves to Zweilous and then Hydreigon via levels once he gets them.... cough... stupid pseudolegendaries and their ridiculously high levels for evolution and becomes a Shiny Morph Fairy Fusion Hydreigon/Ninetales Cross via OoS items.
He also gains 8 levels~
