Normally, Kitagawa would sometimes wear a surgical mask at home whenever she’s not feeling well. Although, since she’s part time fashion model, Kitagawa also occasionally matches her outfits with black surgical masks in public even when she’s not particularly sick.

Since facemasks are still required within event venues & gatherings due a worldwide pandemic, some cosplayers came up with creative ideas for masks to match the personality of their character. [Shizuka-Tan- French Lace Mouth Mask]
To match Shizuka-tan’s sophisticated maid-like appearance in the visual novel, Kitagawa wore a French Lace Mouth Mask for the cosplay. The elegant floral design of the see-through mouth cover exudes a soft, romantic look. As a feature, a small glimpse her rosy lips is visibly teased behind the transparent fabric, while the rest of her lower face remains mostly obscured.

[Black Lobelia- Black Pearl Leather Mask]
For Black Lobelia, Kitagawa introduces a more mature sex appeal to the onee-san character by donning a Black Leather Mask for the cosplay. An exquisite sword detail is engraved on pearl black leather and evokes a commanding aura from the character. Amongst Kitagawa's cosplays, this mouth mask has the tightest fit. Firmly cupping Black Lobelia’s face and the base of her chin, the elastic mask nicely accentuates the movements of her jaw muscles, stretching up and down as she speaks.

Kitagawa in a bikini modeling as a lovely fortune seer . Here, she’s also wearing a Veil Mask that is resembles the ones used by belly dancers for stage performances.
The gold/black mouth mask fully covers the lower half of Kitagawa’s face and is decorated with a veil of tassels that extends past down the front of her neck to her chest.
