Early on, I got a bunch of questions asking about if the Purple Guy sprite would be showing up. Eventually, those trailed off. I think people assumed I forgot about him.
I didn't.

Fredbear: You need to find another clock, but the passage won't be easy. There's another corridor that leads to Pinwheel Circus under the graveyard.
PANEL 2:
Springtrap: The graveyard AGAIN?
Fredbear: I would've told you this sooner, but I was a little...delayed.
PANEL 3:
[Earlier:]
Fredbear: ...Stumpy, I'm going to need you to brace your-right, no arms. Er, try to land on your stomach, not your head.
Stumpy: Mmf.

Springtrap: Holy #$&%, is that Jorge?
PANEL 5:
[Shadow Freddy is facepalming, Purple Guy sprite is being chased by bees.]
Purple Guy Sprite: AHHHHHHH!
PANEL 6:
Fredbear: Not quite. Shadow Freddy is a reflection of the flipside, the same as everyone else here. He's not him so much as the...idea of him.
Springtrap: And who's the yelling purple moron?
Fredbear: That's the reflection of how most everyone saw YOU.
PANEL 7:
Springtrap: HEY!
Fredbear: You always were a spaz, it seems.
Goldie: Oh, wow, we've been wondering where he came from for FOREVER! Ha, this explains so much!

Stumpy is the only one of his type around; he's a reflection of the general concept of them, rather than any specific kid. (And thankfully, not murderous, just...dour.)
Though as far as other actual dead people meeting up with Springtrap: that's not hard, when you're in the celestial bureaucracy. Shove person in the right direction, give them in an excuse to follow whichever pathway, and bam, easy enough to get two dead people to run into each other.

cool, I honestly would like to see how their personalities are... so far we've only seen bonnie and a little bit of Foxy... but then again you also have a story in mind, don't you?

if everybody is a reflection of who they were on the flipside... how hasn't he noticed his own difference compared to how he was on the flipside? ...or is he that one exception due to him assumedlyΒ being the protagonist?

The animatronics and such are all reflections, while Springtrap is still very much the same person he was in life and undeath, just stuck in a cute little robot rabbit body. (Because that's how ironic punishments work.) Fredbear is also another exception-that isn't what he looks like, that's not even his real name, but he's taken up the role to blend in with the locals. His actual appearance is very old-school biblical and would look awesome on an album cover.
