Description Fun little thing here: finally got a spot where I could show how Foxy blows off steam. That hook is about as child-safe as a lawn dart.

Panel five got nicknamed 'challenge mode' as I worked on it, because of the combination of fire and a night scene. I'm happy with how it turned out.

As always, FNAF and all its characters belong to Scott Cawthon.

I can see why he doesn't want to be by the fire. It's how he died for the 2nd time.

Well that sounds painful

I like it how they all sleep by just laying down on the ground. Seems like it would be a bit uncomfortable, but whatevs. As long as it works for them, it's fine.

PS: If they can still feel pain (unclear, since they keep mentioning pain and then Springtrap gets his face whacked off and isn't writhing on the floor for a long time), does that mean they can also feel discomfort and, therefore, would they find the ground uncomfortable? This is, of course, assuming that if they have pain receptors of some type, they'd probably have touch receptors as well, and probably heat/cold (since they sleep with a fire) et cetera. It makes sense to me, at least. Or is it that the ground is just super soft? That could make sense, given the cartoonish style of FNaF World.

The fire's mostly to try and keep roaming things with axes at bay, but yes, they can definitely feel pain/touch/heat/cold/etc. They shrug off pain pretty quickly, honestly, because it's funnier if they quickly shift gears from OW to snark. And the FNAF World is, in general, a fairly mild, almost sugar bowl-esque place-so yes, it's pretty comfortable to just crash on the ground if you need to. It's only relatively recently that that things have started getting actively dangerous, and even that's just from rampaging animatronics and critters.

I was wondering how many people would get the reference, given my viewership seems to skew younger.

Deep Thoughts by Jack Handey; Saturday Night Live used them as segments in the 90s. Here's a page with a bunch of them: www.boche.net/deep_thoughts.ht…

....oh dear. Nope, anything resembling that is completely unintentional. I just wanted his hands resting on his belly because it struck me as more natural for that position than straight at the sides.

Mostly it's cranky Springtrap, but two people asking is making me go '...were there any enemies with fire attacks? I could have fun with that...'

Excellent job! Love how Springtrap's being all antisocial and lying in the dark. Also, is he being wary of fire because of his second death?

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

RuneVix In reply to skyetoon [2016-05-06 23:45:07 +0000 UTC]

Mostly, he's just being antisocial and grumpy because he's having a terrible day. (And afterlife in general.) He'll come to appreciate the fire more after he figures out why they keep one going at night, even if he doesn't want to get too close.
