Description
In which original flavor Foxy commits a cardinal sin of gaming. At least he's not camping.Also: return of the flashback. These parts are honestly some of my favorites to write, just because I like seeing what I can come up with that's ridiculous yet plausible for a very, very poorly-run pizzeria.

Springtrap: What the hell does this thing have to do with the flipside?

Springtrap: ...Oh. Right.

Phone Guy: Uh, hey, Dante, Jorge, since you two'll be in first, I wanted to uh, give a heads up. There was an emergency meeting last night, and, uh, the whole 'seafood pizza' promotion is cancelled on account of completely unrelated food poisoning. And uh, if anybody asks, deny all knowledge of it. You two should be fine, not like you ate the pizza, right?
[gurgle]
Jorge: Uh oh.
Dante: Nice knowing you, buddy.
PANEL 5:
[BOOM!]
PANEL 6:
Foxy: HaHA! Got more of those for you, beastie! By the time I'm through, you'll be all jelly, no fish!
PANEL 7:
Funtime Foxy: That one eyed-HE'S STEALING OUR FIGHT! ALL HANDS, GIVE IT ALL YOU'VE GOT!
Springtrap: I was okay with 'Foxy does all the work and possibly dies instead'. Can we stick with that?
Bonnie: I told you, they get...weird...on the water.
Goldie: Hey Foxy, I'll give you fifty credits if you can land one in a nostril!

The Springtrap tightrope: making him appealing enough that the audience gets invested in what happens to him, while keeping in mind he killed a whole slew of people. It's the reason the 'why did he do it' part of the backstory took a long time to develop.

I also agree with Bonnie. Fox pirate animatronics get very weird when they are on their home turf, the sea or any body of water that reminds them of the sea.

Note to Jorge: Never eat the food at the pizzeria then start you job as the poor guy, who has to wear a Spring lock suit.
Note to Dante: Always expect the worst and always expect the unexpected. Also don't kill a bunch of kids then later on dismantle the animatronics they possess, it will not end well for you.

Spring Bonnie's line in the last panel made me giggle.Β She's not shy or squeamish, is she?Β I like that.
One thing about your comics that I appreciate is how the FNAFWorld story keeps tying in with the Flipside.Β I'm sure that Scott had plans for that part of the story, but he abandoned them with FNAFWorld.Β That's what bothers me about the franchise--when Scott changes his mind, loses his nerve, whatever, and retcons or just plan ditches the story, we're left wondering what would have been if he hadn't cut them short.Β I hope the sequel to Sister Location won't be just another abandoned part of the overall story.

I never even thought of Airplane while I was writing this, but looking back there was probably some subconscious influence. Such a great movie.
And yeah, I'm really curious as to what all's been left on the cutting room floor. Once the series is done for good, I'd love it if he shared his notes on what was originally planned and what could have been. It might make a lot of things make more sense, or spawn more AU ideas.
