Yay! A new dragon character!
This started out as practice with a new style I'm working on, but I liked it so much that I decided to finish it.
Anyway, here's her profile.

Bio:
Runya is a friendly and quiet dragoness who likes to be with her friends, but prefers to be alone. She loves to fly and to practice her psychic abilities. When she is using her psychic powers, her markings glow.

Thanks! I actually based the markings on her wings off of the Deathly Hallows symbol...

Oh, and the markings on her shoulders and hips are based off of the All-Seeing Eye (hence her psychic abilities).
