'Kay, I saw 's icon and thought it was really cute, so I decided to use his icon as a reference (with his permission, of course) to make a sitting, blinking colt/filly pixel icon base. Y'know, there aren't that many out there, and the ones that are out there are usually filly bases that you can edit to look like a colt. Mine's a colt base that can be edited to look like a filly. But anyway, onward to the rules.

Please don't sell these as commissions for money or points. Making these as a request or art trade is fine, so long as you're not asking for money/points in return.
