Shwew- here's the 'other pic' I talked about...
it's anime anime... instead of the usual animeish/amerime style I doI 'm not so sure if it looks like spring but it's not summer either... kinda in between
like april / may. At first it was going to be winter then I decided I was sick of cold and snow so... Maybe i'll do the other seasons someday...Tools... Cs2

This is really cool-looking. 8D My favorite parts are the girl's staff and the leaves in the background. The leaves look like they took a long time... and CS2 doesn't exactly make it easy to do stuff like that. XD; *still has issues with that program*

This is really lovely. The wisps around the edge give it a really dreamy feel, and I adore the soft greens. Beautifully done.

Only thing that looks a little weird is her left arm (her left, not ours). Looks slightly dislocated.

It's the positioning actually, in combination with the hair beads. The shoulder joint looks like it should be moved into the body more, towards the shoulder blade. You've got her upper torso slightly angled, except for where the arm connects. The beads sort of add to the dislocated look because their lineart dips into the line from the neck to the shoulder, which makes it look even more separated from the torso.
I don't know how you had your layers set up, but if you could, a quick fix would be to just move the shoulder into the body a bit more.
If it's not on it's own layer then I'd just leave it as is, since the overall picture rocks anyway.

ha thanks comments like this is greatly apriciated... ^. ^ as fortune would have I have been doing all my pictures as of late with only 2 or three total coloring layers (lines have there own layer... I do it this way cause it makes it look more unified in the end as far as color and bg/fg go)... hahah so I can't much fix it now

The detail on this is incredible! And you've used such beautiful colours, and the shading...wow! I love it! For some reason, makes me think 'Ragnarok/Disney'.
